Introduction to Project Management

This is a blend of instructor led /online course. Participants will have a one year online course/training access at anytime. The participant will meet online with instructor on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm - 9pm for four weeks.


A support email account will be given to ask questions related to the course during and after course time period. An optional group account will be set-up  for course participants via email or social media.

Course Format

Course Description

In this course, participants will be introduced to project management principles, methodologies, processes, tools, techniques, and skills that will help them become successful in delivering projects.

​

Participants will learn how to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects. The approach in this course is to start from scratch or ground zero to help participants understand how a project is managed effectively and efficiently to realize organizational project goals.

​

At the end of the course, participants will acquire enough knowledge and skills to manage projects with greater confidence.
